What is Foresta Organics refund policy?
We craft our supplements with the intention of being beneficial to your health and it’s of the utmost importance to us that you enjoy using them. We mean business on this one. However, as Products are of nutraceutical nature hence all orders are Non-Refundable, if you’re at all dissatisfied with your product, send us an email at care@forestaorganics.com within 3-5 days of your purchase and we will review your request. Foresta Organics reserves full right to accept or deny a return request without stating any reason.
How do I return an unopened product?
In such case you can simply email us at care@forestaorganics.com to begin the review, however Foresta Organics reserves full right to accept or deny a return request without stating any reason. Please note that we do not supply pre-paid return labels and ask that our customers handle the shipping fee back to us.
How long does it take for my refund to arrive?
Refunds should arrive back on your statement within 7-10 business days of processing. Please email us at care@forestaorganics.com if you have any questions.
Can I return or exchange a Foresta Organics product that is past its expiration date?
In general, Foresta Organics does not refund or exchange product that is past its expiration date.
Can I return an order that I received that I am not satisfied with?
No. However If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after you receive it, then Foresta Organics will try to create a solution for you.
